* IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized
beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Elevated trade-wind conditions along with a
long-period north swell will cause hazardous surf along north
facing shores, and a high risk of rip currents along both north and
east facing reefs the next couple of days at least.
