Special Weather Statement issued December 16 at 2:47AM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

Light snow and mixed precipitation mainly along and north of
Highway 200 is expected to continue through today, with the mixed
precipitation ending mid morning. Snowfall totals of a trace to 1
inch will be common with isolated higher totals nearing 2 inches
along the international border.
