Flood Advisory issued December 16 at 6:11PM CST until December 16 at 9:15PM CST by NWS Shreveport LA

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the following
county, northwestern Sevier and southeast Oklahoma, including the
following county, east central McCurtain.

* WHEN…Until 915 PM CST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 611 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
De Queen, West Line, Geneva and Eagletown.
