* WHAT…Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE…In New York, Eastern Clinton, Franklin, Western Clinton,
and Western Essex Counties. In Vermont, Orleans, Grand Isle, and
Franklin Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph, locally to 47 at
Malone, New York and Westfield, Vermont have been observed. A lull
in stronger gusts will continue through dawn before southwest
winds increase again, particularly in south to north mountain gaps
and northern slopes of the Adirondacks of New York and northern
Greens of Vermont.
