* WHAT…Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1/4 to 1/2 NM.

* WHERE…Galveston Bay, Matagorda Bay, and portions of the Gulf
of Mexico.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Visibility has been slow to improve this morning, and
fog bringing visibility below 1 NM looks to continue another
hour or so. This low visibility will continue to make
navigation difficult.
