Flood Advisory issued December 18 at 7:50AM CST until December 18 at 11:00AM CST by NWS Louisville KY

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of south central Kentucky, including the
following counties, Logan, Simpson and Warren.

* WHEN…Until 1100 AM CST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 750 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Bowling Green, Russellville, Memphis Junction, Crestmoor,
Franklin, Auburn, Adairville, Woodburn, Dennis and Middleton.
