Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Black River at Black Rock.

* WHEN…From late tonight until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Farm ground along
east bank begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 5:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 12.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight and continue rising to a crest of 15.0 feet
Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
