possible.

* WHERE…Harding, Northern Perkins, and Southern Perkins.

* WHEN…From late this evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
