Winter Storm Watch issued December 18 at 3:47AM CST until December 19 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 2 and
7 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…From this evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
