Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Dense Fog Advisories remain in effect along the Panhandle through the mid-morning this morning as areas of dense fog reduce visibilities to ¼ mile or less at times, creating hazardous driving conditions . Another day of mostly dry conditions and mostly clear skies across the Sunshine State today under high pressure (near 0-15% chance of rain). High temperatures in the 80s to low 90s; Locally cooler conditions in the middle 70s to low 80s along portions of the East Coast, coastal Florida Panhandle, and Keys.
