* WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 3
inches and ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph in the mountains.

* WHERE…Loup Loup Pass, Conconully, Mazama, Twisp, Winthrop, and
Methow.

* WHEN…Through 10 AM this morning.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
