* WHERE…Golden Valley, Billings, Stark, Hettinger, Grant, and
Sioux Counties.

* WHEN…From 3 PM CST /2 PM MST/ this afternoon to 1 AM CST
/midnight MST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.
