* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
8 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Thursday morning commute.
