* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind gusts to 40 mph will lead to blowing
snow and possible near-blizzard conditions at times.
