Winter Weather Advisory issued December 18 at 7:15PM CST until December 19 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Bismarck ND

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to three inches and ice accumulations around a few hundreths of an
inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Williams, McKenzie, Dunn, Mercer, Oliver, and Morton
counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind gusts to 55 mph will lead to blowing
snow and possible near-blizzard conditions at times.
