* WHAT…Snow expected. Event total snow accumulations up to 2 to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Highest winds this
afternoon.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota and
southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and
evening commutes today.
