* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Kidder, LaMoure, and Stutsman Counties.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Near-blizzard conditions are possible at
times in rural areas.
