* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHEN…Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 26.0 feet, KY 403 at James McKinney Bridge floods.
Water overflows lock wall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 27.2 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 14.6 feet
Tuesday evening.
– Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
