Arkansas…

Black River At Black Rock affecting Independence, Lawrence and
Jackson Counties.

For the Black River…including Corning, Pocahontas, Black Rock…
Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Black River at Black Rock.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, minor flooding occurs. Farm ground along
east bank is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CST Saturday the stage was 15.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Monday morning and continue falling to 12.4 feet
Thursday morning.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
