miles northwest of State College moving southeast at 10 MPH.

Black Moshannon State Park around 820 AM EST.
For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Penfield and Snow Shoe exits, specifically from mile markers 117 to
144, with the most snow falling between mile markers 130 and 140.
This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 45 to 71.
