* WHAT…Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph
in the higher terrain.

* WHERE…Noatak Valley.

* WHEN…From 9 AM Saturday to 9 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility to 1/2 mile at times. The cold wind chills as low
as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 30 minutes.
