Winter Weather Advisory issued December 21 at 4:29AM AKST until December 22 at 9:00AM AKST by NWS Anchorage AK

* WHAT…Wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain expected.
Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to one inch and ice
accumulations of a light glaze. Northeast winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Kuskokwim Delta.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 9 AM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The best chance for snow/sleet accumulation
is from Bethel and west. The best chance for freezing rain
accumulation is along the Kuskokwim Bay Coast, but precipitation
could remain mostly sleet even near the coastline.
