* WHERE…Moses Lake, Odessa, Othello, Quincy, Badger Mountain Road,
Wilbur, Waterville, Ephrata, Harrington, Ritzville, Coulee City,
Creston, Mansfield, and Grand Coulee.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
