* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Black River at Black Rock.

* WHEN…Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Farm ground along
east bank begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CST Sunday the stage was 14.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Sunday evening and continue falling to 10.9 feet Friday
morning.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
