* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
up to 50 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, south winds 30 to
40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE…For the Wind Advisory, the Shasta Valley, including I-5
and the cities of Weed, Gazelle, Grenada, and Montague. For the
High Wind Watch, the Shasta Valley from Grenada south to Weed,
including I-5.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM PST
this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday afternoon
through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS…For the Wind Advisory, gusty winds could blow around
loose objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result. For the High Wind Watch, damaging winds could
blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are
possible. Travel could be very difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
