Winter Weather Advisory issued December 22 at 4:07AM AKST until December 23 at 9:00AM AKST by NWS Anchorage AK

* WHAT…Snow and freezing rain expected. Additional snow
accumulations of up to two inches and additional ice
accumulations of a light glaze to a tenth of an inch.

* WHERE…Bristol Bay.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The initial round of mixed precipitation
that moved through overnight has mostly cleared out this
morning. A second round of freezing rain and snow mix is
expected to begin later this afternoon and persist
intermittently through Monday morning. The highest ice
accumulations are expected near Dillingham, New Stuyahok and
Koliganek.
