* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 3 to 5 inches. Blowing snow will reduce visibility to one
half a mile or less at times.

* WHERE…Anaktuvuk and Atigun Passes.

* WHEN…From 6 PM Monday to 6 AM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The cold wind chills
as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in
as little as 30 minutes.
