Cold Weather Advisory issued December 22 at 8:55PM EST until December 23 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Charleston SC

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected.

* WHERE…Dorchester and Inland Berkeley Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 AM to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The risk for wind chills dropping into the
teens is greatest roughly along and north of a line from Grover to
Jedburg, Huger and Shulerville. This includes locations such as
Saint Stephen, Jamestown, Moncks Corner, Harleyville, Ebenezer and
Saint George.
