Snow, heavy at times, is expected to develop from the Lower Yukon
Valley to the Western Interior Monday through Thursday. The
heaviest amounts are expected to be in the Nulato Hills and
north of Galena. Snowfall totals over the 3 day stretch will
approach 8 to 10 inches in the Middle Yukon Valley and 4 to 8
inches in the Lower Yukon Valley. Expect brief periods of blowing
snow and reduced visibility.
Periods of heavy snow will result in difficult travel conditions.
