* IMPACTS…Travel may be difficult due to snow and ice
accumulation. Rain on snow covered roadways may create
additional ice and travel hazards.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Precipitation type may change rapidly
between snow and freezing rain with elevation along the highway.
Portions of the southern Copper Basin along the Edgerton Highway
may also see sleet mixing in with light snow. If enough warm
air aloft works in more substantially, freezing rain may lead to
a light glaze in these areas.
