Winter Weather Advisory issued December 23 at 4:49AM AKST until December 25 at 6:00AM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 6 to 10 inches. Blowing snow will reduce visibility to 1/2
mile or less at times.

* WHERE…Anaktuvuk and Atigun Passes.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The cold wind chills
as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin
in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Conditions will worsen as heavier snow
begins to fall starting Monday afternoon.
