At 1017 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across central Parker County are slowly moving out of the
area. However, radar estimates and rain gauge measurements indicate
over 4 inches of rain have fallen this morning. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

drainage and low lying areas.
