Winter Weather Advisory issued December 24 at 5:54AM AKST until December 25 at 3:00PM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to
8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will create areas of
blowing snow with visibility as low as 1/2 mile or less at
times, with possible brief white out conditions.

* WHERE…Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills and Yukon Delta
Coast.

* WHEN…From noon today to 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
