* WHERE…This includes the Summer Lake area and Highway 31, the
mountains across Lake County and eastern Klamath County, and Modoc
County.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
