Special Weather Statement issued December 25 at 10:22AM MST by NWS Goodland KS

Areas east of the Colorado border will continue to see fog impact
area travel at times. Conditions will continue to improve through
12 PM MST/1 PM CST, but visibility will drop to a mile at times,
with some localized spots below that for a brief period. Continue
to use caution if out traveling over the next couple hours.
