* WHAT…Seas 18 to 23 ft at 11 seconds and south winds 25 to 35
kt with gusts up to 50 kt expected.

* WHERE…In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strong winds is expected to come in two
waves. Winds peak this afternoon into early evening, then ease
below Storm Force, then pick up to Storm Force again later
tonight.
