Winter Weather Advisory issued December 25 at 1:22AM PST until December 27 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Sacramento CA

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 and 10 inches
above 6000 feet, locally higher over peaks. Winds gusting as high
as 45 mph.

* WHERE…West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas
County/Lassen Park Counties.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to noon PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery travel conditions, with travel delays
and chain controls possible. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Thursday and Friday commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow levels 5500 to 6500 feet Thursday
morning, then expected to increase Friday morning to around 7000
to 8000 feet.
