the mountains and at Lookout Pass. Valley accumulations will vary
between a few tenths to 2 inches in the Silver Valley to 1 to 4
inches in the valleys around Priest Lake, Sandpoint, and Bonners
Ferry.

* WHERE…Osburn, St. Maries, Fernwood, Pinehurst, Wallace, Bonners
Ferry, Kellogg, Mullan, Eastport, Dobson Pass, Schweitzer Mountain
Road, Fourth Of July Pass, Athol, Sandpoint, Priest River, Lookout
Pass, and Clark Fork.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 1 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Winter travel conditons are expected Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Temperatures will warm above freezing
