to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will create areas
of blowing snow with visibility as low as 1/2 mile or less at
times, with possible brief white out conditions.

* WHERE…Yukon Delta Coast.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility.
