* WHAT…Visibilities have improved somewhat across the area this
evening, but are expected to fall to one quarter mile or less in
dense fog overnight into Thursday morning.

* WHERE…Clark, Codington, Deuel, and Hamlin Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
