blowing snow.

* WHERE…East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to
heavy snow. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
