* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of
up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will create
areas of blowing snow with visibility as low as 1/2 mile or less
at times, with possible brief white out conditions.

* WHERE…Yukon Delta Coast.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM AKST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Travel could be difficult.
