Flood Warning issued December 27 at 2:29AM PST until December 27 at 2:30PM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northern California, including the following
county, central Sonoma.

* WHEN…Until 230 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 227 AM PST, gauge reports indicated Colgan Creek near
Sebastopol is in moderate flood stage. Between 1 and 2 inches
of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in
the warned area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Sebastopol, Cotati,
Larkfield-Wikiup, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Forestville and
Graton.
