Marianas. For the High Rip Current Risk, north and east facing
reefs of Marianas.
* WHEN…For the High Surf Advisory, until 4 PM ChST Saturday.
For the High Rip Current Risk, through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best
swimmers away from shore into deeper water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Combined seas have fallen a foot or so but
remain elevated enough to continue hazardous surf through this
afternoon. Combined seas are expected to continue to fall today,
which should allow for borth the High Surf Advisory and Rip Current
Risk to expire.
