* WHAT…Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a
light glaze, with up to one tenth of an inch across the higher
elevations of the Poconos.

* WHERE…Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne,
and Wyoming counties.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.
