evening.

* Timing…Mid Monday morning to Monday evening.

* Wind…Sustained winds of 30 mph with higher gusts.

* Humidity…10 to 15 percent.

* Fuels…Dry.

* Impacts…Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
