The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for…
Northeastern Jackson County in southern Mississippi…

* Until 145 AM CST.

* At 1037 PM CST, local law enforcement reported water rescues and
flooding in Hurley and numerous areas across northern Jackson
County. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
