driving difficult on Highway 395, especially for high profile
vehicles. Areas of blowing dust may result in locally reduced
visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Downslope winds can create sudden gusts,
resulting in particulary hazardous crosswinds for high profile
vehicles.
