* WHAT…Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE…In Idaho, Owyhee Mountains and Southwest Highlands. In
Oregon, Malheur County.

* WHEN…From 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ to 5 PM MST /4 PM PST/ Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…These winds will effect US Highway 95 from
Marsing through McDermitt and State Highway 51 from Mountain Home
through Owyhee.
