Winter Storm Warning issued December 28 at 1:25PM MST until December 29 at 11:00AM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 12
and 24 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become life threatening to
those caught unprepared for severe winter conditions. Hikers and
snowmobilers may easily become disoriented. Frostbite and
hypothermia can develop quickly. Widespread blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility and lead to dangerous travel
conditions.
